We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based company serving the mobile home park (MHP) industry. Built by park owners for park owners, we run a done-for-you sales and marketing system that helps operators fill their park-owned homes faster.
We combine paid social advertising, a blended AI-and-human Sales Desk, and a purpose-built CRM to turn inquiries into booked showings and confirmed move-ins. Our clients are mobile home park owners and operators across the U.S., and our work directly increases their occupancy, cash flow, and property value.
About the Role
~1 min readThis role is the human engine behind our Sales Desk.
Our ad campaigns generate a steady flow of inquiries from people looking to buy or lease homes in our clients' communities. Speed and follow-through are what decide whether those inquiries become move-ins.
As a Sales & Leasing Associate, you own the middle of the funnel: responding fast, qualifying prospects, booking and confirming showings, and keeping every lead moving toward an application. You are not managing a single park. You work live leads across multiple client communities at once, and your consistency is what turns ad spend into filled homes.
The client's on-site team controls final approvals, documents, and keys. Your job is to do everything up to that point better and faster than anyone else could.
