→Operational Excellence: Monitor team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve outbound efficiency and lead conversion.
→Training: Lead onboarding and ongoing development initiatives to ensure the team stays aligned with Better Health's mission and standards.
→Call Support: Periodically handle outbound sales calls as needed to support team coverage, maintain process expertise, and provide hands-on leadership.

Requirements
