Position : Sales Representative

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9-6PM Central

Salary Range : $1100 - $2000 USD

Location : South Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to identify their needs and present our product and service offerings
• Provide detailed, accurate, and helpful information to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the technical team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or diesel parts industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
