About the Role 

Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual passionate about the intersection of AI and professional services? We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients while helping us expand our reach among legal practitioners and researchers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients and professional firms using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.

  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate and maintain outreach efforts through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships with prospective users.

  • Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand professional needs, qualify leads based on our educational and research-focused framework, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and prospect details in HubSpot (or Salesforce).

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and company goals regarding AI adoption.

  • Tech Savviness: Utilize sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft) to streamline communication and track engagement metrics.

  • Insights Sharing: Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market reception to AI technology to refine outreach strategies.
