The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by securing meetings with dispensary owners in New York and convincing them to outsource their delivery services to us.
Responsibilities:
Research and generate a list of prospective dispensaries in New York to target
Conduct cold calls to dispensary owners and managers to introduce High Road Delivery's services
Schedule and attend meetings with dispensary ownership and High Road management
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the cannabis retail industry
Create and implement a systematic approach for follow-ups to close deals
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cannabis or related industries
Strong understanding of the cannabis industry, including products, regulations, and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Required Skills:
Cold calling and prospecting techniques
Relationship building and networking
Presentation and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite and sales software
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the cannabis industry or related fields
Knowledge of New York cannabis regulations and market landscape

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a professional demeanor, capable of representing High Road Delivery with confidence and expertise. They must be comfortable initiating conversations with dispensary owners and articulating the benefits of outsourcing delivery services to drive sales and efficiency.
