A proactive communicator who can build rapport quickly, guide conversations naturally, and create a positive experience for prospects. Successful candidates are energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume sales environment—key traits for effective sales reps who drive engagement and conversions.

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: See 3 schedule options below
- Wed - Fri 11:30am till 9pm, Sat 9am till 6pm (33.5-hour work week with 1-hour for lunch)
- Sun 9am till 6pm, Mon - Wed 11:30am till 9pm (33.5-hour work week with 1-hour for lunch)
- Mon - Friday 9am - 6pm (40-hour work week with 1-hour for lunch)
Salary Range : $1.500 USD + comm

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate showing times for mobile homes
- Conduct and support virtual home tours with prospects
- Actively engage leads during tours (e.g., asking questions, gathering feedback, building interest)
- Handle basic objection handling (4–5 common objections)
- Manage inbound leads only (no cold calling required)
- Maintain clear and professional communication via phone and chat
- Track interactions and updates in internal systems
- ~20 phone calls per day
- ~60 chat interactions per day
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong American English accent (critical for customer engagement)
- Sales mindset or willingness to learn sales techniques
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Caracas (not remote)
- Comfortable handling high-volume communication
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar systems)
- Familiarity with tech platforms and digital tools
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or virtual support
