The Opportunity
As a service provider for one of the largest telecommunications networks in the United States, we are helping to transform the speed of business. Our Sales team operates at the center of every deal—delivering integrated solutions across fiber, cybersecurity, and connectivity. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping businesses grow and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.
As a Sales Representative, you will work at the intersection of people and technology, proactively selling pre-deployed fiber-based broadband solutions to small business and mid-market customers. You will be provided with leads focused on strategic migrations—targeting existing customers with opportunities to upgrade services while reducing costs.
This is a high-energy, full-cycle sales role requiring a “cold-call to close” approach. We’re looking for driven self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated to take ownership of their pipeline.
You will be joining a growing remote team, with a strong presence across Latin America.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prospecting & Closing: Conduct outbound cold calls, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle through to close
- →Customer Consultation: Identify and understand customer needs across communications and technology
- →Account Growth: Develop new business while expanding and nurturing existing accounts
- →Strategic Selling: Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover opportunities and drive conversions
- →Proposals & RFPs: Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned to customer needs
- →Revenue Retention: Implement strategies to grow and retain revenue across complex accounts
- Experience: 2–5 years in Outside Sales and/or B2B Sales
- Industry Knowledge: Telecommunications or tech experience preferred (fiber broadband knowledge is a plus)
- Communication: Strong English communication skills with high clarity
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a hunter mentality
- Tech Skills: Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM systems
- Negotiation: Strong networking, persuasion, and closing skills
- Location: 100% Remote (LATAM)
- Hours: PST (Pacific Standard Time), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Indefinite Contractor via Employer of Record (EOR)
