Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and voicemail.

Conduct discovery meetings with CEOs, Owners, COOs, and Operations leaders.

Present solutions, manage objections, negotiate, and close new business.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through handoff to implementation.

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity reporting.

Meet outbound activity and sales performance targets.

Based in South Africa with availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience selling into the U.S. market.

Experience selling professional services, consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, or SaaS solutions.

Proven success in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales.

Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM systems, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
