Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. business hours (EST/CST overlap)

We are a fast-growing digital lead generation business focused on local service industries (plumbing, roofing, HVAC, concrete, etc.).

Our model is simple but powerful: we build and own high-converting local websites (“digital parcels”) that generate inbound calls from customers. We then partner with contractors in each market and route those calls directly to them in exchange for a fixed weekly fee.

Unlike traditional lead gen platforms, contractors don’t compete for leads they get exclusive access to all inbound demand in their territory.

 

 


We are hiring a high-performing SDR / Closer to convert warm outbound opportunities into paying contractor clients. This is fast, direct, and phone-heavy.

This is not a high-volume, low-quality cold calling role. You will be contacting pre-qualified contractors who:

  • Are already spending money on ads
  • Operate in validated markets with proven demand
  • Can close within 1–2 calls (often within 24 hours)

Your job is to call contractors, clearly communicate the value of owning exclusive inbound demand in their market, give them 1 to 3 free leads to prove demand is real, then follow up quickly to close them on a weekly agreement.



This is a practical outbound sales role selling local lead generation to contractors. 

 

 


Responsibilities

  • Call and engage pre-qualified contractor leads (home services niches)
  • Make 60 to 90 outbound calls per day once ramped
  • Speak directly with owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Give contractors with 1 to 3 free leads to prove the demand is real, then follow up to close them on exclusive weekly access to future leads in that market.
  • Handle objections and position against platforms like Angie’s List / Thumbtack
  • Close deals quickly (same-day or within 1–2 touchpoints)
  • Manage short sales cycles (typically under 48 hours)
  • Follow up with interested prospects to convert quickly
  • Track deal progress and maintain simple pipeline visibility
  • Work from fresh, pre-researched contractor lead lists provided each week
  • Clearly explain value:
    • No shared leads
    • Fixed weekly pricing
    • Exclusive territory access
  • Tailor messaging to small business owners (contractors)

 


  • Proven experience in outbound sales / cold calling
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day
  • Experience selling to SMBs (ideally home services or local businesses)
  • Strong English communication (neutral or customer-friendly accent)
  • Ability to close deals independently (not just set meetings)
  • Persistent follow-up discipline by phone, text, and email
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage company where the process will improve as we learn
  • Experience selling:
    • Lead generation services
    • Marketing services (SEO, PPC, websites)
    • SaaS or recurring revenue products
  • Familiarity with contractor audience
  • You like selling over the phone
  • You can make a lot of calls without losing energy
  • You like simple offers with short sales cycles
  • Confident and persuasive communicator
  • Comfortable speaking with blue-collar business owners
  • Results-driven and commission-motivated
  • Thrives in fast, transactional sales cycles

 


What We Offer

Base salary + strong commission upside
Commission: $300 to $500 per closed deal
Commission timing: Paid after the contractor completes their 2nd month billing cycle
Typical deal size: Around $375/week per contractor with a six month contract
Typical agreement: Weekly recurring agreement, often structured around an initial commitment period
Upside: High performers can earn more from commission than base salary as deal volume increases
