About the Role:
We are expanding our global sales organization and looking for mid-level, self-sufficient SDRs to own the top of the sales funnel in specific territories.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Territory Ownership: Build, manage, and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across your assigned territory.
- →Outbound Engagement: Prospect key leaders (L&D, HR, Quality, Guest Experience, Operations, General Managers) via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel touchpoints.
- →Discovery & Qualification: Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points around employee retention, onboarding, and service standards.
- →SQL Generation: Qualify prospects using the BANT framework and secure high-quality meetings for Account Executives to consistently hit pipeline goals.
- →AE Hand-off & CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide contextual meeting preps, and collaborate closely with Account Executives.
- Target output of ~8 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
- Full autonomy over your prospecting methodology (high-volume vs. deep research) provided monthly results are met.
- Proven track record as a B2B outbound SDR/BDR (not entry-level).
- Mastery of prospecting fundamentals: cold calling, account research, persona-targeted messaging, objection handling, and BANT qualification.
- High degree of remote maturity, independence, self-motivation, and commercial mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Direct B2B experience in hospitality, hospitality technology, travel, or hotel management services.
- Month 1: Complete product/ICP onboarding, build target account lists, and establish a consistent outbound routine.
- Month 2: Run territory independently, generate regular meetings, and optimize messaging based on conversion data.
- Month 3: Fully independent, consistently pacing toward or hitting the ~8 SQLs/month benchmark.
