Responsibilities

→Drive team KPIs, including conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue targets (daily, weekly, monthly)

Conduct daily side-by-side coaching, call listening sessions, and role-plays
Continuously refine agent performance and objection handling

Identify performance dips early and take immediate action
Diagnose issues and implement corrective plans when targets are missed

Ensure strong lead utilization and high outbound activity across the team

Provide detailed reporting on team performance, conversion trends, and individual agent growth

Requirements

Pure Outbound Sales Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a strictly outbound sales environment
BPO Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced, sales-driven BPO setting
Telco Background: Experience working on telecommunications campaigns is highly preferred
Ownership Mentality: Strong accountability for team performance and outcomes
Communication Skills: Excellent English (verbal and written), with the ability to coach, motivate, and deliver constructive feedback effectively
