• →Handle B2B inbound requests in German, building strong relationships with potential partners.
• →Understand client needs and promote relevant services.
• →Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• →Participate actively in sales training (conducted in English) and ongoing coaching sessions.
• →Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2) – written and verbal.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work office-based in Athens.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00 (German time zone)
