Spire Bristol Hospital are currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a Part Time and permanent basis. You will be a first point of contact at the hospital for patients, so will politely and courteously, register and direct patients, consultants and hospital teams as required, in a proactive, warm, professional and caring manner.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Welcoming patients, supporting with check in using an electronic tablet.
- →Ensuring accuracy of information and updating as required
- →Directing patients, consultants and visitors, to the hospital in a warm, professional and caring manner.
- →Answering in coming phone calls
- →Various admin and data entry tasks
- →Booking appointments
- →Sorting incoming post
- →Managing lost property
- →Issuing including badges for visitors, booking taxis.
- →Responsible for health and safety aspects including, supporting in fire evacuations and emergencies
- →Supporting clinical staff
- A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with information management systems
- Switchboard experience
