Support Services Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Telesales Supervisor to lead and support a team of sales representatives. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring sales goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.

• →Supervise and support a team of outbound telesales representatives.
• →Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and individual and team targets.
• →Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve sales results.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• →Monitor call quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• →Prepare and review performance reports and communicate results to management.
• →Support the team in addressing challenges and achieving operational goals.

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a call center environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and work toward performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
