Job Description
The Preconstruction Sales Specialist supports the growth of T5’s data center construction platform by assisting with client engagement, pursuit coordination, and early-stage preconstruction activities. This role works closely with sales leadership, estimating teams, and operations to help identify new opportunities, coordinate responses to client requests, and support project development for mission critical construction projects.
The position plays an important role in managing pursuit logistics, organizing RFP responses, and coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are delivered accurately and on schedule. The Preconstruction Client Sales Specialist also assistswith conceptual budgeting, market research, and industry relationship development to support successful project pursuits.
This role is ideal for a professional with construction or data center experience who is interested in developing deeper expertise in preconstruction, business development support, and the pursuit process within the mission critical construction sector.
