→Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in targeted segments.
Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company growth plans.
→Position and promote chemical actives through technical discussions and solution-based selling.
→Conduct regular client visits to understand formulation requirements, application challenges, and commercial expectations.
→Build and maintain strong relationships with formulators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
→Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
→Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand customer portfolios.
→Strong technical understanding of chemical actives and applications.
→Excellent commercial, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
→ Bonus: Exposure to personal care, home care, or pesticide formulations is a strong advantage.
