Field Sales Representative

EUROFORM is Kenya’s most exciting and fast-growing company in the façade and fenestration industry. Based in Tatu City Special Economic Zone, our goal is to set a new benchmark in craftsmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction in Kenya.

• →Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry (architects, engineers, developers, contractors).
• →Identify sales opportunities and actively pitch Euroform's window, door, and façade systems and roller blinds systems.
• →Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• →Monitor ongoing projects and support clients from quotation through delivery and installation.
• →Track payments and coordinate closely with finance to ensure commission is calculated on collected revenue.
• →Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of signed contracts and revenue.
• →Represent Euroform at industry events, site visits, and project meetings.

• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Sales or a relevant field
• At least 3 years' experience in sales roles
• Well networked within the Real Estate Sector
