Pre-Construction Sales Representative - Peel Region

Now Hiring: Pre-Construction Real Estate Agents – PEEL REGION (Brampton, Caledon, Bolton) We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in the Peel region. This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you. What You’ll Do Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed Requirements All candidates must be a licensed sales representative in Ontario and be in good standing with RECO professional standards. All candidates will need to activate or have active a TREB membership. 1-3 years on on-site pre-construction experience is preferred.
