About the Role

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
1+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
Proven sales experience, ideally in electric heating, HVAC, construction, or building products.
Knowledge of electric heating solutions is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/M365 (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
