As the Catering Sales Manager at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort, get ready for an exciting and rewarding journey! Your days will be filled with building successful relationships with corporate, social, and wedding clients, understanding their needs, and creating personalized proposals, menus, and event plans. You'll work closely with our culinary and operations teams to ensure every event is executed flawlessly while delivering exceptional customer service from the first conversation through the final guest experience.

You'll also identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement, manage the sales pipeline, conduct site visits and tastings, and work toward monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment where organization, creativity, and attention to detail are key. Nights and weekends may be required based on client and event needs.

To thrive as the Catering Sales Manager at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort, you'll need strong relationship-building and sales skills, along with a genuine passion for hospitality. A proven track record in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning is essential, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills will help you build client confidence and successfully bring their vision to life.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with culinary and operations teams are essential. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and event management software is a plus. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will set you up for success in this role.
