The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, building relationships with prospective clients and delivering on the sales process in terms of End to End Sales Cycle. The position will have new business quota responsibilities with a smaller territory/accounts.
Responsibilities

- Prospecting potential clients who fit on-boarding criteria, develop relationships to better understand their broader research needs and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Assisting the Sales Representative with user acquisition and prospecting strategies
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Sales Experience: 1–4 years of proven B2B new business sales and client acquisition experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Financial services experience (domestic market) is required; familiarity with Indian public/private equity is preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Experience selling data and/or content services is preferred.
- Lead Generation: Proven ability to effectively create, network, and follow up on business leads.
- Pipeline Mastery: Demonstrated success managing pipelines and delivering on targets consistently.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to use a problem-solving, consultative approach to deliver customer solutions.
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver strategic, value-added insights (including over the phone).
- Drive & Presence: Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and possessing strong executive presence and sales acumen.
