Jeeves is rapidly growing our operations in CDMX and searching for a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join and help scale our Mexico sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will report to our Country Manager in Mexico / Colombia, and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the Mexican market. We are in need of driven sales professionals to focus on generating qualified prospects via a multi channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This position is both hands-on and strategic as they will act in a critical role for Jeeves as the hunter of new business opportunities.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2-3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services. Use various tools and platforms to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients. Use personalized messaging to engage prospects and set up introductory meetings.

Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions. Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system. Track interactions, follow-ups, and the progression of leads through the sales funnel.

Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed insights and context about each lead to facilitate successful conversions.

Market and Industry Research: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry. Use this knowledge to tailor outreach strategies and provide relevant information to potential clients.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, outreach efforts, and conversion rates. Use this data to refine strategies and improve results.

Participation in Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on messaging and content effectiveness based on interactions with prospects.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and value propositions. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.

Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects and clients about the company's offerings and share insights with the product and marketing teams to help refine and improve products and services.

Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry.

Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.

Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification. Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks is a plus.

Familiarity with Prospecting Tools: Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to identify and engage with potential clients.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft personalized and persuasive messages to engage potential clients.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, understand industry trends, and identify opportunities for lead generation.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various sales and marketing tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and other lead generation tools.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome objections and find solutions that meet the needs of potential clients.

Innovative Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies for prospecting and lead generation, thinking outside the box to identify new opportunities.

Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Demonstrates persistence and determination to achieve goals.

Understanding of Fintech: Familiarity with the fintech industry, including knowledge of financial products, services, and industry challenges. A passion for technology and innovation in finance is a plus.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value through the company's offerings.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the sales team, as well as with marketing and product teams.

Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, industry developments, and company products/services.
