We are looking for a driven and curious Sales Intern / Business Development Intern to support the commercial growth of our Hong Kong portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels, and coliving properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales operations, business development, market research, and customer engagement in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

→Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up across corporate, relocation, long-stay, and leisure segments
→Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential partners and clients
→Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, guest demographics, and emerging trends
→Help maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
→Coordinate with the Reservations team to support booking inquiries, guest communication, and conversion
→Assist in analysing sales performance metrics, channel performance, and campaign results
→Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and promotions
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a smooth guest journey
→Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation
→Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and team efficiency
→Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager / Head of Sales
