• →Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and develop sales talent.
• →Drive daily activity of Residential Sales Representatives via sales meeting, on-going training, ride-along field time, role playing, and operation support.
• →This will assist sales reps in influencing customers and assisting them in buying Vector’s products and services.
• →Assign leads via DICE or assign CRM to sales representatives. 
• →Ensures follow-up and updates are maintained in system.
• →Ensure financial targets are met based on assigned budget and KPIs. 
• →Targets. 
• →Reports results and forecasts to branch and home office management.
• →Identifies ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target market segments/opportunities.
• →Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Preveious Management Experience - Highly Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead team members to reach their goals.
• Successful Experience in Sales - Required:
  
  • Strong sales skills to be able to train and develop successful sales reps. 
• Valid Driver's License:
  • Must be able to drive to customer locations.
