We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) who’s eager to grow in tech sales, passionate about solving problems, and ready to connect with businesses seeking reliable virtual desktop solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads that match our ideal customer profile in SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Outbound Outreach: Connect with prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels using structured outreach cadences.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs, fit, and readiness.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture interest by sharing insights, resources, and value-focused messaging.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate records of prospect activity in HubSpot.
  • Performance Optimization: Track key metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, calls per day) and iterate on outreach strategies.
  • Interest or initial experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a drive to learn fast and grow.
  • Comfort working remotely and autonomously with a proactive mindset.
  • English fluency required; experience engaging with North American clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and a password manager (e.g., 1Password).
