Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to make it happen. We're a well-funded Series C company (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures) on a mission to heal a fragmented system. Our platform connects the dots between providers, payors, and patients, ensuring people get the high-quality care they need, reliably and right where they live. Responsibilities

Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.

Impeccable Judgment and Professionalism: Works independently with minimal oversight and excellent discernment, escalating issues only when needed, while embracing a proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks.

Organized Operator: Creates and maintains reliable systems that keep the office running smoothly

On-Site Presence: Ability to work in-person from our New York City office 5 days a week during standard hours (9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST).
