Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Durham Region market (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa)
Member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board
Proven ability to generate and close business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems
Self-motivated, organized, and professional
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
