Join Window Nation as a part-time Event Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience engaging customers and generating leads in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Actively approach and engage event attendees
- →Start conversations and generate interest in our products
- →Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments
- →Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- →Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)
- Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)
- Set up branded displays and materials
- Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (6–8 hours)
- Capture lead info and keep things organized
- Pack up and break down at the end of the event
- Schedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable)
- Hours: 10–30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month
- You’re comfortable talking to new people all day
- You bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethic
- You’re reliable and show up ready to perform
- You’re motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
- You can stay on your feet for extended periods
- Customer-facing experience helps (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) but isn’t required
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand for 6–8 hours, with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation to event locations
Nice to Have
~1 min read- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups
- Bilingual is a plus
