Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team and take ownership of the early stages of the sales process. They operate within the fintech space, having built a strong presence by simplifying global payments for remote teams and scaling rapidly in recent years. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the SDR will play a key role in identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This position requires a proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to communicate value clearly and confidently. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of their services to communicate value effectively Identify and research potential business opportunities Execute outbound prospecting strategies, primarily through LinkedIn Qualify leads based on defined ideal customer profiles Engage decision-makers and guide them toward scheduling calls with the sales team Maintain and update CRM records to ensure pipeline accuracy Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting targets Requirements Strong prospecting mindset with the ability to independently find and validate leads Creative problem-solving approach to achieving outreach goals High resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying focused Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Upper-intermediate level of English Qualifications Previous experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles Exposure to high-growth or startup environments Familiarity with industries such as fintech or HR tech is a plus Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Apollo.io, GetSales) Benefits Full-time, 100% remote position Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Collaborative and growth-focused work environment English lessons with a professional instructor from day one Access to a company-sponsored learning library
