The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our Managed Service Provider (MSP) customer base through customer growth and new business. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of our customers and the overall business.
