At Zeller, we’re building a smarter solution for healthcare providers to simplify claims and payments, so they can focus on delivering better care. We're searching for a driven, commercially minded Account Executive to become a foundational team member who will focus on delivering the growth of Zeller Health at launch and beyond. You’ll use your extensive network with Allied Health practitioners to build trusted relationships, present the Zeller Health solution, win new business, and rapily grow our base of healthcare providers.

Targeting a diverse portfolio of healthcare practitioners across Australia, you'll take ownership of the complete sales pipeline; from prospecting and lead generation via outbound, referrals, networking and events; through to product solutioning and deal closure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team at Zeller in its inception, and make a meaningful impact on driving adoption of an innovative new product in an underserved sector.

Build trusted relationships with healthcare customers by becoming their go-to commercial partner, with the ability to confidently present to and negotiate with business owners and executives.

Proactively identify, cold-call, and pitch to medical practices, dental clinics, and allied health groups.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, to final close and implementation.

Showcase the Zeller Health ecosystem through product demonstrations and pitches both in-person and online, showcasing the benefits of combining claims, payments, and financial services in Zeller’s connected ecosystem.

Work closely with partner networks, industry associations, practice management software vendors and other industry stakeholders to build new referral pipelines.

Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support their growth.

Take ownership of your customer portfolio by creating onboarding plans, maintaining regular customer engagement to generate referrals, and delivering exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams to share product feedback and growth opportunities to continuously improve their experience with Zeller Health.

Maintain accurate customer data within Hubspot, ensuring your CRM hygiene is immaculate in order to inform conversations and future opportunities.

Bring a growth-focused commercial mindset to every interaction, identifying ways to deliver customer value while rapidly expanding the Zeller Health network.

3+ years of experience in outbound healthcare B2B sales, with existing relationships / network in the sector to immediately leverage.

A confident sales pitch to prospect amongst and convert Allied Health professionals in a customer-facing B2B commercial role.

Comfort owning 100% of your pipeline generation; you’ll be expected to hunt for your leads daily, with a consistent focus on pipeline generation.

Experience within banking, payments or fintech, with an understanding of how to build long-term customer relationships.

Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, navigating complex commercial negotiations, and translating complex products into customer-facing benefits. .

Strong organisational skills and attention-to-detail, with experience using CRM platforms (Hubspot).

Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.

A collaborative mindset, resilience and genuine motivation to help customers succeed.

A strong commercial ambition and bias towards growth, winning market share and materially increasing revenue, balanced with disciplined economics.
