As a Sales Manager at Zuto, you’ll lead a high-energy sales team, coaching your people to perform at their best while delivering great results for our customers and the business.

We’re looking for someone with at least 18 months’ sales management experience who knows how to motivate a team, drive performance and create an environment where people want to succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating your team to hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Using performance data to understand where your team can improve.

• Delivering regular coaching, feedback and development.

• Creating a high-performance environment where people are motivated to succeed and earn.

• Working closely with other managers and teams across Zuto.

• Recognising great performance while confidently tackling underperformance.

• Making sure strong customer outcomes remain at the heart of how your team sells.

You’ll already be an experienced sales leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You’ll need:

• At least 18 months’ experience managing a sales team.

• Experience within a high-activity B2B or B2C sales environment.

• A proven track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong coaching and people-development skills.

• Confidence having both positive and challenging performance conversations.

• A commercial mindset and the ability to use data to drive results.

• Plenty of energy, resilience and the ability to lead from the front.
