The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers are comprised of Fortune 500 companies, such as Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, P&G, PepsiCo, and others. Tractian's Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is as big as Silicon Valley startups, such as Snowflake (158%) and Twilio (155%), which highlights the stickiness of our products. We make sure that top performers are recognized and over-beating quota.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Tractian, your primary mission is to exceed revenue targets aggressively. You're in charge of managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring you understand their business needs and objectives. Your role is pivotal in crafting strategic account plans, leveraging Tractian's suite of products to drive growth and customer success.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise-level clients to meet and exceed sales quotas.

New Business Development (Hunting): Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities within the enterprise segment, expanding Salesforce's client base.

Manage Key Accounts (Farming): Nurture and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.

Challenge Selling: Leverage Tractian's product suite to propose tailored solutions that address specific customer challenges and opportunities.

Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas, demonstrating effective sales performance and revenue generation.

Extensive Sales Experience: At least 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in enterprise-level B2B sales or in a similar technology-driven industry.

Proven Track Record in Overachieving Quota: Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding sales targets, particularly in a quota-carrying sales role.

Industry Networking: Established network within the relevant industry sectors and the ability to leverage these connections effectively.

Advanced Negotiation and Closing Skills: Expertise in managing and closing complex sales cycles.

Deep Understanding of CRM and Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge of CRM solutions, cloud-based technologies, and the broader SaaS landscape.

Extracurricular experience during undergraduate studies (BAJA, EJ, Athletics, FSAE, and sports).

English Fluency for dealing with international accounts (C1/C2)

Spanish Fluency for dealing with international accounts (C1/C2)
