Responsibilities

- → Manage distributor operations, stock availability, and profitability.
- → Lead and coach the distributor sales team to improve productivity.
- → Ensure market coverage, product availability, merchandising, and visibility.
- → Execute trade promotions and new product launches effectively.
- → Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- → Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- → Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast business.
- → Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.
Requirements

- 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
