IT Inside Sales Representative - Boston MA Area

Blue Mantis is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our rapidly growing SHI channel and wholesale services business. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the sales process, helping manage incoming opportunities, coordinate customer and partner engagements, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure timely follow-up across a high-volume services pipeline.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working across sales, technical, and operational teams. This role will enable senior sales and services personnel to focus on opportunity development, customer engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring opportunities move efficiently through the sales lifecycle. This position was identified as a key investment needed to support expansion of the SHI relationship and improve responsiveness to a growing volume of service opportunities.
