Regional Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned region. Identify new market opportunities and implement business-development initiatives to increase sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support commercial decisions. Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information using CRM software. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving support.
