Wash N’ Roll is hiring outgoing, dependable Sales Representatives! If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and earning commission, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
~1 min read✓$15 per hour plus commission.
✓Opportunity to earn approximately $150+ per week in commission, depending on sales performance. Commission is not guaranteed.
✓Typically scheduled 40–50 hours per week.
✓Health insurance benefits available.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- →Explain wash packages and Fast Pass membership benefits.
- →Help customers select the best option for their needs.
- →Sell memberships and work toward sales goals.
- →Keep customer interactions professional, efficient, and welcoming.
- →Work closely with the site team to provide a great customer experience.
- Confidence approaching customers and starting conversations.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working outdoors and staying active during shifts.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
