Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and customer success within the utility, transmission, distribution, and industrial sectors. This role leads the commercial engagement for Grid automation solutions including Substation Automation Systems (SAS), Protection & Control, Telecom, Grid Digital technologies.

Responsibilities

→Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
→Expert knowledge of sales process with minimum 8 years in grid automation or other related field in North Africa, Gulf and Middle East.
→Overview knowledge of Power System, Protection and Automation systems, communication Applications for Transmission, Distribution and Industry segments.
→Financial acumen, knowledge of pricing, costing and product accounting.
→Working knowledge in a Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
→Fluency in Arabic, English and French languages.

Requirements

MBA degree is plus.
Prior experience in Operational Technology (OT) software sales
Prior knowledge in Oil & Gas in North Africa subregion
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic.
Working knowledge in Salesforce/SPEAK Environments
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
