Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
Strong sales leader with solid business acumen

Develop strong business relationships through face to face sales calls and relationship building activities
Cultivate customers in this new area of business
Determine what motivates each customer to purchase and respond accordingly

Implement and execute sales growth strategies that are consistent with the company’s strategic plans
Develop a culture of creativity in approach to business development
Work with Branch Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies

Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) or work equivalent
2 plus years of experience in sales
Internet Research
Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
Successful track record of selling in the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores preferred
Fence or building materials industry experience desired.
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Valid Driver’s License
