You do not need years of sales experience for this position. We are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound business-to-business cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company services to business owners, executives, HR leaders, operations leaders, and other decision-makers
• Help identify and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls
• Build relationships with businesses throughout the United States
• Learn how to identify client needs and present solutions professionally
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity in the company CRM
• Re-engage previous and inactive business relationships
• Assist with prospecting campaigns and outreach efforts
• Participate in client meetings, networking opportunities, site visits, and business development activities
• Work closely with leadership and experienced team members
• Learn the full business development process from prospecting through client relationship development
• Travel as needed for client meetings, events, site visits, and other business opportunities
• Work toward weekly and monthly outreach, appointment, and business development goals

Experience

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, account management, business development, or another customer-facing position is helpful, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, ambition, reliability, and the desire to learn.

Compensation

$22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
