Collections Account Specialist (Remote in EST or CST)

As a remote-based Collection Account Specialist at Pitney Bowes, you will support high-value SendTech Clients to ensure that billing and collections activities are executed promptly with the highest level of accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by addressing client needs through internal and external process partners to resolve transactions as assigned. You will be responsible for handling sensitive financial data for our clients; therefore, a credit review is included in the background screening process.
