Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term customers?
Alliance Group is seeking a Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Sales Executive to grow our commercial service business from our South Burlington, VT branch. Your primary focus will be securing new planned maintenance agreements that help customers improve equipment reliability, reduce unexpected downtime and manage operating costs.
You’ll work directly with facility managers, property managers, building owners and other decision-makers, supported by experienced service and operations professionals who help deliver on the commitments you make.
Compensation, Tools & Support
We provide the resources you need to develop your territory and build your customer base:
- $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary, based on experience.
- Commission opportunities that reward sales performance.
- Company vehicle and gas card for business travel.
- Company-provided cell phone and laptop.
- Sales, estimating and operational support to develop practical customer solutions.
- An established team with HVAC/R, building automation, electrical and plumbing capabilities.
