Mississauga, Ontario |  Full-Time

Keep the sales team organized. Strengthen customer relationships. Support growth.

Triumph Group of Companies is seeking an organized, service-minded Sales Coordinator with B2B sales support experience. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team, keep customer accounts and follow-ups organized, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and assist with new client outreach and relationship development.

What You’ll Do

Sales Team & Key Account Support

  • Provide day-to-day sales coordination and operational support, keeping customer requests, meetings, follow-ups and commitments moving.
  • Support existing customer accounts, service reviews and account initiatives; maintain professional relationships through proactive communication.
  • Act as a coordination point for customer escalations, involving the appropriate internal owner and tracking timely resolution.
  • Prepare customer presentations, meeting materials, follow-up correspondence and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.

Business Development & New Client Outreach

  • Research and identify prospective general contractors, developers, property managers, construction managers and other target customers.
  • Make outbound calls and send tailored emails to introduce Triumph’s divisions and capabilities, identify decision-makers and build relationships.
  • Support outreach to have Triumph added to prospective customers’ approved contractor and bidding invitation lists; maintain contact information and follow-up reminders.
  • Identify upcoming projects, qualify opportunities and connect prospects with the appropriate sales representative or division.
  • Maintain a disciplined prospecting and follow-up schedule, documenting outreach and next actions in Salesforce.

Salesforce, Reporting & Account Growth

  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, contacts, opportunities and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Track customer inquiries, account actions, bidding-list registrations and sales follow-ups.
  • Develop sales dashboards, customer performance reports and account summaries; highlight trends, risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide concise weekly activity reports on outreach, customer relationships, opportunities and outstanding commitments.

Sales Administration & Coordination

  • Manage sales calendars, schedule customer meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes and track action items through completion.
  • Prepare and format sales presentations, customer correspondence, account summaries, and internal reports.
  • Organize digital sales files, customer records, contact lists, standard templates and shared reference materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, customer visits and sales-related events as required.
  • Maintain follow-up trackers for customer requests, service issues, account commitments and sales representative action items.
  • Assist with onboarding new customer accounts by collecting contact details, maintaining records and coordinating internal handoffs.
  • Support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews by compiling customer data, updating charts and coordinating presentation materials.
  • Track administrative deadlines, circulate updates and help sales representatives stay organized and prepared.

What You Bring

  • At least 2–3 years of B2B sales, inside sales, account coordination or business development experience, including direct customer contact.
  • Confidence making outbound calls, introducing services, building relationships and following up consistently.
  • Strong customer service, professional communication, organization and accountability.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to interpret account data, create effective presentations and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Construction, building materials, manufacturing or related B2B experience is an asset; experience with customer account administration and sales reporting is beneficial.
