Responsibilities of a BMW Client Advisor:

Welcome clients, and work to identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives
Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMW's technology & performance
Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness
Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients
Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills

Specific Skills Required:

Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.

Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Proven ability to meet goals
Excellent communication skills
Experience building a loyal client base is highly regarded
Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
Must be 18 years of age
Have a valid and clean driver's license
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
