Chatbase is the AI agent platform that 10,000+ businesses use to talk to their customers, from fast-growing startups to global brands like Dolby, Roche, Pearson, Bridgestone and Chuck E. Cheese. Our agents resolve millions of conversations across support, sales and operations.

We launched in 2023 and we're profitable.

This is the moment. The product is working, customers keep finding new ways to use it, and we're growing fast. Most of our biggest growth levers haven't been pulled yet. The people who join now will build the teams, playbooks and products that make Chatbase many times bigger than it is today, and they'll share in that upside.

→ Top-of-market pay, plus equity. We pay at the top end of the market, and everyone gets equity in a profitable company that's growing fast.

→ Ownership from day one. Small team, huge surface area. You'll own big outcomes and work directly with our CEO.

→ Early-stage upside. It's still early enough to get a lot of the upside, in a company that's already profitable.

You'll open Europe for Chatbase. You'll sell to companies with 100+ employees across the continent, grow the European customers we already have (including Roche, Arcadis, SynerGym and National Grid), and build the playbook our European team will run. Next to you: our first European BDR.

→ Full-cycle deals with European companies of 100+ employees, across tech and SaaS, e-commerce and retail, events, education and the public sector.

→ A head start: dozens of European enterprise customers to expand, and former customers to win back.

→ The European pitch, built on GDPR, the EU AI Act and EU hosting.

→ Our presence at Europe's big events: CCW, DMEXCO, OMR, VivaTech and Web Summit.

→ 4+ years closing SaaS deals with mid-market and enterprise companies in Europe.

→ In Germany: native German and fluent English. In London: fluent English, and German or French is a strong plus.

→ You like building from zero.

You'll be one of our first people in Europe, and you'll build our presence there from day one. We move fast and hold a high bar. If you want the steepest learning curve of your career and a stake in the outcome, you'll fit right in.

→ Germany: base salary EUR €75,000–€105,000, on-target earnings EUR €155,000–€205,000 (50/50), uncapped commission.

→ London: base salary GBP £75,000–£105,000, on-target earnings GBP £155,000–£205,000 (50/50), uncapped commission.

→ Equity.

→ Berlin, Munich or London, with frequent travel to customers and events.
