Sales Development Representative (SDR), Remote, US Hours

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast growing US based PEO brokerage, working fully remotely from South Africa. The company helps US businesses stop overpaying on their employee benefits by running a competitive bid across a large network of providers at renewal.

Your job is to turn outreach and cold calls into booked 20 minute renewal reviews for the founder with CFOs, HR leaders and business owners. This is a high performance outbound role on a small, elite team. You are measured on results, coached directly by the founder, and paid well for booking quality meetings that show up and fit.

• Make high volume outbound calls to US companies approaching their benefits renewal
• Follow up with prospects who have received the company's mailed outreach package
• Open conversations, handle objections and book a specific meeting time with the founder
• Confirm and protect every booking with reminder texts or short videos, and rebook no shows
• Log every call and outcome in the CRM the same day
• Flag bugs and suggest improvements to the in house CRM as you use it
  

• Two or more years of outbound phone sales or appointment setting, ideally into US B2B
• Clear, confident spoken and written English, with the composure to talk money with a CFO
• A track record you can back with numbers, such as meetings booked and show rates
• Daily CRM discipline, you log everything
• A quiet, private space to take calls for a full shift, a headset with a microphone, reliable internet and a backup plan for load shedding
• Comfortable being measured on results and coached with direct feedback

• Experience calling finance, HR, insurance or financial services buyers
• BPO experience selling into the US market
• Hands on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, JustCall, Outreach or SalesLoft
• You use AI tools to research accounts and sharpen your outreach

Full time, Monday to Friday, on US Central business hours. In South African time that is 15:00 to 23:00 until the US clocks change on 1 November 2026, then 16:00 to 00:00. This is a fully remote, work from home role, so a professional home setup and a reliable load shedding plan are essential.
