Partnering across the organization with Amgen colleagues in Marketing, Key Account Management, Access, Medical, Training, Analytics, and other functions to coordinate plans and address barriers.
Serving as a key connection between the field and senior Sales and Marketing leaders by communicating business issues and competitive dynamics on an ongoing basis. Sharing customer needs and field feedback to inform strategy and future planning.
Using data to guide action by reviewing regional performance and execution, identifying opportunities and risks, and working with leaders to set practical actions and monitor progress.
Building relationships with key customers, health systems, and opinion leaders across the region through regular in-person and virtual engagement. Travel to customer sites, including offices, clinics, and hospitals, is required.
