  • Coordinate channel and partner strategies: Work with senior leadership to develop distribution and industry partnership strategies and support the transition from business development to program execution.

  • Present technical solutions: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, briefings, and presentations that communicate the value of modeling, simulation, and training solutions to defense customers.

  • Support proposals and pricing: Coordinate the preparation, review, and updating of rough orders of magnitude (ROMs), quotes, and proposals with relevant internal departments.

  • Strengthen market visibility: Represent the organization at defense industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, and other professional events.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives: Help develop white papers, marketing collateral, and technical communications that demonstrate solution capabilities and address customer priorities.

  • Maintain business development records: Keep Salesforce records accurate and current to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and coordinated execution.

  • Measure and optimize performance: Monitor business development outcomes, identify gaps against targets, evaluate competitive developments, and recommend adjustments to improve results.

  • Collaborate across the organization: Partner with business development, marketing, technical, and program teams to coordinate activities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Support additional initiatives: Contribute to special projects and other business development priorities as assigned.
