REMOTE Account Executive

We are a Practice of Law, legal research, insights, and analytics company that utilizes AI to harvest and analyze 200+ million state trial court cases, documents, and mined data to provide our clients with practical, data-backed intelligence to deliver fast, high-quality results about judicial rulings and competitive analysis.

As a key member of our growing, fast-paced startup, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue through outbound prospecting, new business development, and closing net-new accounts. This is a hunter-focused sales role where you'll take ownership of building your pipeline, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into customers.

You'll proactively identify and engage decision-makers across legal departments, including general counsel, risk management teams, and other key stakeholders. From initial outreach and discovery to product demos, negotiations, and closing, you'll own the full sales cycle and be accountable for driving new customer acquisition.

While you'll have access to inbound leads from marketing and our website, your primary focus will be on generating your own opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building. You'll also maintain accurate and organized pipeline activity in HubSpot, ensuring consistent follow-up and visibility into deal progression.
