•    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

•    Account management or sales experience with national accounts

•    Proven ability to build relationships with national buyers and secure commitments

•    Strong working knowledge of retail math: margin, cost, retail pricing, and promotions

•    Excellent written, presentation, and negotiation skills

•    Comfortable learning and using AI tools as part of daily work

•    Sharp analytical thinker who learns quickly

•    Persistent and resourceful in solving problems and pushing programs forward

•    Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

•    Experience with mass retail systems

•    Omni-channel experience in physical retail and e-commerce
